Things you should know before you join us…
We have a few rules that all residents have agreed to abide by. We recommend you read our complete rules and regulations, but here are some of the most frequently discussed items. Please be aware of these before you commit!
No Dogs
We love pets, but we have decided to be a no-dog community. No barking, no doggie litter.
No trucks overnight
We have limited parking space, so we ask trucks (including pick-ups and anything with a truck tag) not to park overnight.
Back patios
The back patios on our townhouses are owned by the HOA (but exclusively available to that house's residents). This allows us to maintain a consistent aesthetic and maintenance.
Rentals are limited
Properties in Woodgate make for a great investment. But if you plan on owning to rent please be aware only 10% of properties (6 out of 60) can be rented at any one time.
As of Nov 2025 there are no open rental units.
New Unit Buyers
At the time of settlement, new unit buyers into Woodgate are required to make a one-time home buyer contribution of 4x the monthly HOA dues (e.g. $1,500) plus 2 months’ dues paid in advance (e.g. $750).
